Job Responsibilities:

  • Ordering of stock for the hospital and pharmacy

  • Processing of invoices and credit notes

  • Handling of all stock received

  • Managing stock levels


·   Good inter-personal skills

·   Stock control and procurement knowledge

·   Multitasking, listening, and verbal communication

·   Health promotion and maintenance

·   Time management

·   Organizational skills

​Minimum requirements:

·   Working experience within Private Healthcare advantageous

·   Strong organizational skills & leadership skills

·   Proven work ethic and ability to work under pressure

·   Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability 

    to effectively communicate with suppliers and


·   Fluency in English. Additional languages will be an advantage

·   Demonstrable evidence of IT skills

·   Namibian citizenship or residency status
